Neighborhood Watch - Incident Reports

This form should be completed when you see/suspect suspicious activity in the neighborhood. After you have contacted the Lennox Station Sheriff’s Department 310.671.7531 please complete the information below. This document will be saved and used to show the sheriff’s response time and to indicate how the particular matter was resolved.

Del Aire Watch crime witness report form:

1. Report incident ASAP to the Lennox Station Sheriff’s Department at (310) 671-7531.

2. Please fill in as much information as you can remember as soon after you witness it as possible.

3. Follow instructions to forward the completed witness form to our neighborhood watch so that we can follow up as needed.
