Community Benefits
Committee
The $150,000 required by the developer
of the Pacific Concourse project has been funded to County in trust
for the Community Benefits Committee. Members will be announced
shortly after approval from Supervisor Burke’s office.
Although the DNA was conducive in
obtaining these funds for the Del Aire Community, nominees were not
required to be a member of the DNA to serve.
The funds will be disbursed as follows:
- $50,000 directly to Del Aire Park
- $100,000 to the community of Del
Aire. Suggested uses of funds to address traffic, parking,
beautification, monitoring speed, etc.
The DNA’s goal is to get the County
to match funds so that we have more resources to beautify Del Aire.
