Local Del Aire Bar Public
Nuisance July 2005 Recently, the bar
at 11824 Aviation Boulevard applied for a transfer of their liquor
license to the new owner of the property. The Del Aire Neighborhood
Association is working hard to require the new owner to either be a
good neighbor or close forever. We have filed formal
complaints with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within
the legal time limits as well as formally requested that the County
not issue a business license for this kind of business. For more
