CV passage of $75M for
Wiseburn Charter High

Hi all, we were informed this
afternoon about an emergency CV Board meeting where Cheryl White is
requesting CV to pass a public bond request for $75M that will go on the
November ballot. Not only do we not want this, but having it on the
November ballot may confuse voters into thinking it is a Wiseburn
Unifcation effort item.
The emergency meeting will be at 6PM at the CV District Office. It is
located next to the Lloyd High School across the street from Lawndale
High. It is off of Inglewood Avenue between 147th Street and Marine
Avenue. If you can make it to voice your opposition, that would be great!
I realize this is very short notice, and we appreciate all your efforts to
make it.
