If you are interested in requesting parkway trees on your street,
please complete the form and mail it to:

If you have any questions,
please contact the Tree Trimming Supervisor at (323) 776-7552.
Feel free to print out several copies and collect signatures from
your neighbors as it would be more efficient to hand them in at one
time. Please note that only homeowners can request the trees.
